Staff Biographies

Ross Danielson CIC, LIC is a native of the Houghton/Hancock area. He moved into the Iron Mountain/Kingsford area in 1982 to establish the Danielson Insurance Agency and has been a resident of this area since then. Ross has attained two designations, his Licensed Insurance Counselor and Certified Insurance Counselor degrees.  His future scholastic goal is to successfully complete all requirements for a Total Quality Agency Degree.  This degree is geared toward overall agency improvement and customer satisfaction.

Insurance Experience Background

Ross is the founder of Danielson Insurance Agency.  Originally, the agency employed two individuals, Ross and one clerical employee.  Today, the agency employs eleven highly qualified personnel, not including him.  Out of the eleven staff members, seven are licensed insurance agents. Jeri Ann Danielson has been back at Danielson Insurance Agency, Inc. since 1999. Twenty-two years ago I was hired to set up Mr. Danielson's office and to maintain all office functions. I remained with the company for several years until leaving the area.  Besides managing the office, and keeping the books, I work with the Personal Lines Department. Carol Ebeling is one of our two customer service representative for the Personal Lines Department.  She has been with Danielson Insurance Agency, Inc. for seven years and has 20 plus years experience working with the public.  Carol is looking forward to working with you with any personal insurance you may need. carole@danielsoninsurance.com

Vivian Lamper has been with Danielson Insurance Agency for twelve years in commercial lines as an Agent/CSR.  She relocated to this area from Illinois in 1995. Vivien had worked at a Pharmaceutical company for ten years as a Pricing Supervisor. Ryan Danielson was born and raised in the Iron Mountain area.  He is a commercial lines producer and an account representative.  His primary goal is to serve his existing clients, as well as generate new business.  Ryan has the ability to examine your business, and tailor an insurance policy to meet your needs. ryand@danielsoninsurance.com

Jim Orlando is a native of Northeastern Wisconsin and grew up on a dairy farm near Crivitz, WI.  He earned a Business Management Degree from University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh and managed a John Deere Dealership at Pound, WI for thirteen years.  Jim brings eighteen years of insurance experience to the Danielson Insurance Agency, ten years of experience as a John Deere Insurance Company commercial lines Account Manager and eight years with Sentry Insurance Company as a commercial lines dealer operations account manager.  Jim represents Danielson Insurance Agency as a commercial lines specialist. jim.orlando@starband.net
